Return & Refund Policy

At KDX Films, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of window film and paint protection film materials, we maintain the following return policy:

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened products
Used or installed films
Items not in original packaging
Incorrectly ordered products

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Approved Returns (Limited Cases Only)

Returns may be considered only at our discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is unused and unopened
Item is in original packaging and resalable condition
Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

3. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

Approved returns are subject to:

A 35% restocking fee
Return shipping costs, paid by the customer

This is due to the sensitive nature of film products and the risk of damage during handling and transit.

4. Shipping Damage Disclaimer

Our packaging is designed to protect products during initial shipment only.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs:

During return shipping
Due to improper repackaging by the customer

Any items returned in damaged or unusable condition will not be eligible for refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If you receive:

A defective product
A damaged item upon arrival
An incorrect item due to our mistake

You must contact your sales representative within 14 days of delivery with:

Photos of the product and packaging
Your order number

We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.

6. Final Sale

All sales are considered final unless explicitly approved under this policy.
